I am a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping clients feel better in their bodies through intentional, results-driven therapeutic care. I specialize in relieving chronic pain, muscle tension, stress, neck and shoulder discomfort, and lower back issues. My approach is fully customized—no two sessions are the same because no two bodies are the same. My focus is not just relaxation, but real restoration. I believe massage therapy should support long-term wellness, improve mobility, and help the body release stored stress and tension. Every session is designed to give you both relief and renewal, using techniques that may include therapeutic massage, deep tissue work, aromatherapy, and targeted muscle therapy based on your needs. Madeline’s Relax & Restore Massage Studio LLC Cancellation, Rescheduling, Deposit & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small business, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments directly impact my ability to serve other clients. To protect my time, income, and availability, the following policy applies to all appointments. Booking Deposit * A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. * The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. * Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for late cancellations, late reschedules, and no-shows. Rescheduling Policy * Appointments rescheduled with 24 hours or more notice may transfer the deposit to a new appointment date one time. * Additional reschedules may require a new deposit. Late Rescheduling Policy * Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the original $30 booking deposit. * A new $30 deposit is required to reserve the new appointment date and time. * Management may waive additional fees as a one-time courtesy at its discretion. * Repeated late reschedules may be treated as late cancellations and become subject to the $50 Late Cancellation Fee. Late Cancellation Policy * Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $50 Late Cancellation Fee. * The $30 deposit will be forfeited. * Outstanding balances must be paid before scheduling future appointments. No-Show Policy A no-show occurs when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without providing notice. First No-Show (One-Time Grace) * The $30 deposit will be forfeited. * A 50% No-Show Fee based on the scheduled service price will be charged. * Outstanding balances must be paid before scheduling future appointments. Second No-Show and Any Subsequent No-Shows * The $30 deposit will be forfeited. * A 100% No-Show Fee based on the scheduled service price will be charged. * Future appointments may require full prepayment at the time of booking. * Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future booking privileges. Late Arrival Policy * Clients arriving late will receive the remainder of their scheduled session time to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. * Full service fees still apply. * Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and handled according to the No-Show Policy. Membership Policy * Memberships automatically renew every four weeks unless canceled according to membership terms. * Membership credits roll over and accumulate while the membership remains active. * Members who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $25 Late Cancellation Fee. * Members who no-show will forfeit the scheduled session credit. * Membership fees are non-refundable. * Future appointments may require prepayment if a member repeatedly violates the cancellation policy. Emergencies & Illness I understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for verified emergencies, including unforeseen military obligations, at the discretion of management.
